Luxembourg and Expo 2020 Dubai held a ground breaking ceremony on 28 April 2018 in Dubai. HE Deputy Prime minister and Minister of the Economy Etienne Schneider was accompanied by HE Commissioner General of Luxembourg Maggy Nagel and HE the Ambassador of Luxembourg to the UAE Elisabeth Cardoso for the breaking ground ceremony on the Luxembourg plot at the Expo 2020 Dubai.
