Submission period: The call is open from April 8th to May 31st, 2024.
Twinning Learning Programme: 20-month programme for knowledge sharing and transfer of good practices between upcoming selected Twin Cities, and the “Cohort 2 Pilot Cities” that were selected to join the NetZeroCities’ Pilot Cities Programme. The programme is based on a practical knowledge sharing approach from Pilot Cities to Twin Cities, while also enabling a peer learning framework, allowing Pilot Cities to also learn from Twin Cities’ experience in the driving decarbonisation. By the end of the programme, upcoming selected Twin Cities will develop a concrete Action Plan to implement learnings and drive progress towards climate neutrality.
Who can apply: Cities that are i) committed to climate neutrality before or by 2050, ii) located in an EU country or a Horizon Europe associated country, and iii) that are not currently part of the EU Cities Mission or the Twinning and Pilot Cities Programmes.
