A beer with Magdalena Jakubowska – Designer
Dedicated to developing memorable customer experiences using human-centered design, Magdalena Jakubowska values empathy, creative curiosity, and agility in her personal and professional life. That is what encouraged her to set up her own company, the Art Square Lab in 2017, a service design agency in Luxembourg that focuses on training in Design Thinking and Service Innovation for the public and private sectors.
