Luxinnovation was the innovation partner of the 2018 edition of ICT Spring Europe that took place on 15-16 May. A main objective of the agency was to connect international start-ups and companies with investors and some of Luxembourg’s most innovative companies. Around 15 international start-ups were invited to pitch their business ideas at the stand. Several Luxembourg-based companies also presented their business activities and demonstrated their innovative products to the fair visitors.

The “innovation tunnel” offered visitors the possibility to walk through Luxembourg’s history of innovation. Starting with agriculture and the growth of the steel industry, the tunnel then guided them from the rise of digital media led by RTL and SES to recent innovations by companies such as iNUI Studio, Luxrobotic and IEE. Visitors could also climb up to the second level of the booth and be 3D scanned by ARTEC 3D – an experienced tried by Luxembourg’s Prime Minister Xavier Bettel.
