The European Commission has launched a new call for proposals to support cluster internationalisation. The objective of this action is to support cluster and business network collaborations across Europe, through the establishment of European Strategic Cluster Partnerships, in order to promote their internationalisation in third-country markets.

Focus on Earth Observation sector

A specific part of the call is reserved for clusters and business networks in the downstream Earth Observation sector. It offers the possibility to EO cluster collaborations to receive project funding to set up a joint internationalisation strategy under the first phase of the action (duration 12 to 24 months). Successful candidates will be given the opportunity to subsequently apply for a second phase focused on the implementation of their joint internationalisation strategy. Participation in the second phase will be subject to application in forthcoming calls for Cluster Go International activities.

The call for proposals is open until 23 May 2017.
