A workshop – in French – will take place on 17 October from 09:15 to 12:00 in order to provide insights into the world of design law. It will be organised by the Institut de la Propriété Intellectuelle Luxembourg (IPIL GIE), the Office de la propriété intellectuelle of the Ministry of the Economy and the Chamber of Skilled Crafts under the European Commission’s “Ideas Powered for Business” initiative implemented by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
The workshop will introduce how SMEs can use design law in their business activities, and provide practical information on topics such as costs, protection periods, pitfalls to avoid, etc. It will also briefly present the SME Fund as an option to get financial support when protecting design.
Participation is free of charge, but registration is mandatory (limited number of seats).
