The Intellectual Property Office of the Ministry of the Economy and the Institut de Propriété intellectuelle Luxembourg (IPIL) GIE, in partnership with the 1535° Creative Hub, will organise on Tuesday 23 May from 9am to 12am the workshop “Intellectual Property Demystified: Tools, Tips and Financing Solutions for Creatives”.
This workshop aims to present the elements that are or can be protected by intellectual property during the creative process.
It will address the essential protection tools for creatives, key areas for attention, the best practices to follow, as well as the possibilities of financial support offered by the SME Fund 2023 when filing intellectual property rights.
This SME Fund 2023 allows European start-ups and SMEs to benefit from a partial reimbursement of the costs incurred when filing patents, trademarks, designs or plant breeders’ rights.
This workshop will take place at the 1535° Creative Hub.
