Events are being cancelled and rescheduled all over the world during the current sanitary COVID-19 crisis, and the 2020 Cleantech Forum Europe is no exception. “With the COVID-19 outbreak having turned into a full-blown global public health crisis, we feel strongly that the safety and well-being of our community takes precedence,” says event organiser Cleantech Group in its official communication. “We hope that you, your loved ones and indeed your businesses are faring okay in these uncertain times and that we will be able to meet again soon.”

Cleantech Forum going virtual

Nevertheless, clean technologies and circularity remain essential topics. In order to keep the discussion going and help the cleantech community continue to connect, Cleantech Group is looking into offering an interactive virtual event with parts of the programme accessible online on the original dates of the conference on 18-20 May. Registered guests, speakers, sponsors, partners and the wider community are invited to keep these dates blocked in their calendars.

See you in Luxembourg in December

The on-site event in Luxembourg has been moved to 7-9 December 2020, when participants will get together to benefit from a complete conference programme. The event will also take on a festive note as it will take place shortly before the holidays at the end of the year.

Further information about the online programme as well as the December event will be communicated shortly.
