With 4DX, you are really immersed in the film you are watching: you feel the humidity of the ocean, the winds of the storm, the heat from an explosion and the violent turns of a racing car. Your seat moves and vibrates, you can smell scents and the room is filled with light effects, rain, smoke or fog.
Kinepolis Kirchberg opened Luxembourg’s first screening room equipped with 4DX technology in April 2019. The works to adapt the theatre with motorised seats, tubes for water and compressed airs, fans and other machinery, as well as to install the computer from which all the effects are managed, took 18 days, and the result was a great success with movie goers. Adventurous film lovers can now enjoy an unforgettable cinema experience.
